Shipping & Delivery Time

• Netherlands & Belgium: standard shipping within 1-3 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping: orders above a certain amount will be shipped for free (this amount will be stated at checkout).

• International shipping: currently we only ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. For international orders you can contact us.

Order fulfillment

• Orders placed before 15:00 on working days will be processed the same day.

• You will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

• During busy periods, holidays or unexpected circumstances, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Mailbox Mail - No worries about staying at home!

All our packages are sent as mailbox mail. This means that you do not have to stay at home for delivery – the order just fits through the mailbox!
