The trajectory – from InSight to sustainable behavior change
A workshop or talk encourages reflection, but real cultural change requires more than awareness.
- 0-measurement: insight as a starting point
We start with an anonymous digital questionnaire for all participants. This measures the current smartphone use, the experienced distractions, workload, recovery ability and personal standards with regard to smartphone use. The results form a substantiated starting point and give the organization direct insight into possible opportunities for improvement.
- Workshop (4 hours): awareness and action
In this interactive session we combine a catchy keynote about the psychology behind smartphone behavior with various stimulating break-out rounds. Teams work on their own issues and convert this into a concrete plan of action.
- Personal coaching (1: 1, 20 min per person)
Each participant will have the opportunity to ask individual questions in a short but powerful 1:1 coach conversation. This personal attention helps to take concrete steps, resolve doubts and find an approach that suits a person's work and lifestyle.
- Reflection moment (after 3 weeks)
We meet again with the group to reflect: what has changed? What went well, what did they get stuck on? This session offers space for exchange, deepening and new motivation to persevere.
- Final measurement & feedback (after 4 weeks)
We conclude the process with a second measurement that provides insight into the effect. Organizations receive a concise report with concrete insights, success factors and recommendations for assurance at team or policy level.
